Our client is a supplier of essential oils, aroma chemicals, botanical extractions, and custom blends. They are searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative .

Salary / Hourly Rate :

$20 / hr

Position Overview :

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a small Customer Service team at their fragrances / flavors company and will be responsible for handling shipping / tracking questions among other duties.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative :

• Creating and processing POs
• Assisting with invoicing
• Handling sample management requests
• Taking charge of documentation management

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative :

• 2 years of B2B Customer Service Representative experience
• Professional, flexible, and self-motivated
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
• Being fluent in another language is a plus

Education Requirements :

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
